Mr. Ricky Drain (Product Development Manager; Toward Ltd; Specialists in Organisational Resiliance) graduated in Law from Queens University before moving into accountancy. His talk will focus on identifying behavioural risks to organisation and how these can be mitigated and managed. This seminar will include employee and public behaviours in times of emergency such as fire and general safety.
